COVID 19 UPDATE: ONLINE RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEMS. 

All items before returned MUST be tried on with the "try-on thong" provided by us with your purchase.

We pride ourselves in styling our in store customers with the perfect fit, WE ARE NOT DOING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR IN STORE PURCHASE due to COVID 19- 

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

We know That lingerie is personal, An item can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the item, or an exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. To process a return or exchange just drop a line to our awesome Customer Service team via the Contact Us form, and they will respond with instructions. Please keep in mind that you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.


You may exchange an item within 15 days of receipt. Items are eligible for exchange as long as they are returned to the store within 15 days of purchase, are in original condition with tags still attached, and underwear has been tried on over your own. We will not accept items that are altered in any way (soiled, washed, altered, or damaged), so please use care when trying on garments.

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

Tags must be still on the item
Purchased less than 15 days ago
Have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED
Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached
Underwear or  has been tried on over your own (we will provide you with a “try on” thong)
Must not be a FINAL sale item (this does not include special discount codes)

Shipping

Standard ground shipping is free on all orders over $100.  Unfortunately, we are only shipping in the United States, but with growth we hope to eventually ship internationally.  Please feel free to contact us at sales@cocoandlolas.com if you are located internationally and with the more inquires we receive, we will certainly consider moving forward shipping to these areas.
